All designs made will be in the PNG format. If you need a different format, please let us know.

Depending on how many projects are in the works, please allow up to a day for a response, and at least a week for design. We will be in touch to let you know how long it will take. If you need something made immediately, please let me know in an email (rush fee will be applied).

Once we begin working for you, we accept that as a verbal or written agreement. Clients will be expected to pay once deal has been made. Price will vary on what client orders, and what sort of discounts can be applied. Finished work (whether logos, illustrations, character designs, etc.) will be sent to client only after payment. Any questions, please contact us.

If any designs (or anything derived from them) are used without payment, it will be considered stealing and may incur legal penalties.
